Core Loop is looking for highly motivated people to be part of a small, remote team looking to create the next generation of MMO games. Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced VFX artist to create particle fx for an unannounced massively multiplayer cross-platform title. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Create particle emitters for RPG spells, heroes and environment fx in Unity

  • Scale particle emitters for mobile and PC

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of creating Unity particle vfx at a professional game studio (shuriken/classic particle systems not vfx graph)

  • 1+ shipped titles

  • Ability to work well as part of a collaborative development team

  • Good written and verbal communication in English for remote work

  • Passionate about building games

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with PC and mobile development

  • Experience creating RPG spells

  • Experience as a tech artist
